Please make checks, money orders or cashier's checks payable to CAROLINE BIGELOW. I will not hold items paid by check unless the total amount is over $100. If so, I will hold for seven (7) days. All money orders and cashier's check will be shipped as normal. If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase date or if I am not notified of any delays in payment, I will cancel order assuming you have changed your mind.
Shipments are made within 3 to 5 days after an order has been placed. If an item is not in stock, you will get an email from me. Priority mailing will be used for all items and it includes insurance. The shipping rates are based on purchase cost which is an estimate. Purchases over $800 may be charged a higher shipping charge due to additional insurance costs. If you live outside the United States, I will notify you of shipping charges.

All returns will be refunded by personal check. Shipping charges are not refundable.

I gladly offer layaway on sales totaling $100+. Terms are half down, and the balance is due within 30 days. Any total exceeding $500, another payment plan can be arranged. Please note: if balance is not paid within 30 days, deposit is forfeited. Deposits are not refundable - no exceptions.
